Shipping

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 business hours. Standard shipping takes about 7-14 business days. Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays. 

United States Shipping
Orders placed from the US are shipped through UPS.

 

Canada Shipping
Orders placed from Canada are shipped through Canada Post.

International Shipping
We currently only ship to the US and Canada, due to the dimensions and weight of our product. However, we understand that there is demand from other parts of the world too since Star Wars fans are everywhere! If you are not in the US or Canada and are still interested in our product, email us at support@broilchef.com and we'll see if we can arrange shipment to you! 


Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all the parts in place, and in its original packaging undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@broilchef.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly at StarWarsGrills.com. We do not accept returns of products sold at retail partners. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/promotional items or gift cards.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of the item
  • Photos of the item

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
